Boxer is a brand deeply rooted in tradition and innovation, with a history dating back to 1962, when it was created by Escobar & Martínez. Its main invention was a thick, yellowish adhesive, specially designed for the footwear industry.
The name "Boxer" was born as a tribute to a Boxer breed dog owned by one of the founders, and today, this adhesive is a benchmark in its category, regardless of who produces or markets it.
In 2018, Boxer was acquired by Preflex, marking a new stage of growth and consolidation. Thanks to this union, Boxer has become part of a portfolio of products recognized for their quality, durability, and commitment to sustainability, making it a beloved and valued brand among Colombian consumers.
